All in all a 5 star experience. Tracy and Mallory were great to work with. The whole process went smoothly. They are very transparent with everything. Communication was excellent and all records were provided right away. I really like the portal. Hyde has such an outgoing personality and is absolutely gorgeous! I am absolutely thrilled with him. I highly recommend Sassy Koonz!
