What a wonderful experience to deal with Sassy Koonz, and how fortunate I feel to have been offered the opportunity. Tracy has been kind and responsive, using text, email and a website portal for correspondence and information. The whole process was smooth and easy to navigate, right up through delivery at the airport via kitten nanny. My little fluff muffin is healthy, spunky and acclimating to her new home so well. Her temperment is just how Tracy described and is as reflected in the videos I received since we did this process remotely. I love Sassy Koonz and I love our new fur baby!
