The Governor is the newest addition to the Sassy Koonz Breeding program. We’re beyond excited to have him join us in helping produce beautiful Maine Coon kittens. Governor was taken to the show by his breeder in his original home of Russia.

He impressed the judges and won the title of “Best Kitten” and “Best of the Best”, with remarks of everything being excellent from the tip of his head to the tip of his tail.

I’ve literally never owned a more perfect cat in my experience as a Sassy Koonz Breeder. He’s magnificent from head to toe.

The goal in the Sassy Koonz cattery is to continue to improve the breed and eliminate characteristics in my kittens that don’t meet the breed standards. All while keeping the main focus health and excellent temperaments.

The year for the Governor will be 2023, when he’ll be old enough to produce offspring in our cattery. Until then, you can watch his grow and develop into a wonderful Maine Coon male in our program.
