Sassy Koonz Maine Coon Cattery is a small boutique cattery that has Maine Coon Kittens for Sale. Many of our kitten owners are located all over the state of Florida as well as Texas, Colorado, California, and Louisiana.
If you live in Florida, Sassy Koonz is the obvious choice when comparing Maine Coon breeders. It’s only a few short hours to drive from anywhere to Jacksonville Florida to pick up your kitten. We also offer white glove delivery service if you’d rather have your kitten escorted to your front door.
Kitten Traveling by Car
If you live within 500 miles of Jacksonville, Florida then the best option will be to have the kitten delivered by vehicle. When the kitten leaves the cattery, he/she will ride in a 24″ x 48″ show tent. The tent is large enough to supply the kitten with a litter pan and toys. A trip of this distance doesn’t usually require food and water so the kitten will have plenty to eat and drink before he travels.
A group text chat will be created between me, you and the travel nanny. The group chat will be used to communicate the status and the whereabouts of your kitten during the entire length of travel. You’ll be given exact details when the kitten leaves the cattery, as well as an Estimated Arrival Time and a 10-15 minute notice prior to the kitten’s arrival at your front door.
The kitten will arrive at your front door in his own travel carrier that you may keep, safe and sound.
Kitten Traveling by Airplane
If you live outside of 500 miles, then the best option will be to have the kitten delivered by airplane. Your kitten will be picked up by our flight nanny at the Jacksonville International Airport on the day of travel. He/she will ride in a TSA-approved pet carrier that is provided by Sassy Koonz Maine Coon Cattery. It will be a personal travel carrier that is brand new and exclusive to your kitten only.
Your kitten will have some toys in his travel carrier. The flight nanny will also have food for the kitten in the event of a flight delay.
A group text chat will be created between me, you, and the flight nanny. The itinerary will be posted there. We’ll use the group chat to communicate the status and the whereabouts of your kitten during the entire length of travel.
The flight nanny will hand deliver your kitten to you at your closest airport, safe and sound.
